Trent Redden and Marc Hughes are set to become the leading decision-makers in the Clippers' front office, according to Shams Charania.

Redden joined the Clippers as assistant general manager before the 2018/19 season and was promoted to general manager in 2023. He has overseen scouting, strategy, team operations and infrastructure at the club.

Hughes currently holds the title of senior vice president and assistant general manager. He is now set to take on a bigger role in the club's leadership as well.
