Trinkieri: PAOK must climb three levels higher
Five months into his tenure, PAOK's coach says the team has built understanding and hierarchy but isn't yet executing at the level required.
Andrea Trinkieri has ruled out any comparison between PAOK and Euroleague sides, five months into his first season in charge of the Greek club.
Trinkieri took over during the summer and outlined his progress since summer. He said the squad had developed "a certain understanding" and established a hierarchy, though the tactical shape still needs work. He asked that pre-season results not be taken too seriously, pointing instead to a development process he expects to run from September through to March.
