Basket Hall Moscow Arena Gets Area Upgrade
Moscow authorities finished landscaping the grounds around Basket Hall Moscow in Krylatskoye, adding new pathways, lighting and parking near the Grebnoy Canal.
On Thursday, 17 September, deputy mayor for housing and utilities Pyotr Biryukov announced that crews finished the paving and lighting around the Basket Hall Moscow arena in the Krylatskoye district.
The work covered the plot next to the Grebnoy Canal, next to the training hall. Crews buried cables, relaid paths and drainage, and reorganised the car park. New street lighting with energy-efficient fixtures has also gone in.
Biryukov said the upgrades standardise the grounds and makes it easier for spectators and athletes to get around the site.
