Elatontsev: CSKA reached needed physicality against UNICS
CSKA centre Kirill Elatontsev said the team found its physical game only in the 79:59 win over UNICS in the VTB United League Supercup third-place match.
CSKA Moscow beat UNICS 79:59 in the third-place game of the VTB United League Supercup, and centre Kirill Elatontsev said it was the first time the side had played to its standard in the tournament.
"We did not manage to find our team game and the physicality that is typical of CSKA in the first games. But in the game against UNICS we reached the necessary level of physicality, which we should have been showing from the very start of pre-season," Elatontsev told Match TV.
