Cade Cunningham Reflects on Isaiah Stewart's Exit
Pistons star Cade Cunningham told the Detroit Free Press it feels strange without longtime teammate Isaiah Stewart, who was traded to Memphis this summer.
Cade Cunningham says he had expected Isaiah Stewart to be a teammate for the whole of his career. The Detroit Pistons point guard spoke to Omar Sankofa of the Detroit Free Press about Stewart's departure this summer, when Detroit traded him to the Memphis Grizzlies.
"He's someone I planned on playing my whole career with. It's weird that he's not going to be around anymore. It feels like I'm a rookie again, starting something new, because he's not with me anymore," Cunningham said.
