Lou Williams calls himself the best sixth man in NBA history
Three-time Sixth Man of the Year Lou Williams gave himself the crown over Jamal Crawford, citing his legacy and more games played off the bench than anyone.
Lou Williams, a three-time Sixth Man of the Year, has named himself the best sixth man in NBA history.
He conceded that the argument with Jamal Crawford is hard to settle. "Personally, I think it's me, because, again, this is my legacy and what my career has become. I have played more games off the bench than any of these guys. Literally, I was a sixth man for most of my career. So personally, I give the crown to myself. But speaking as a fan, Jamal is my brother, and I never diminish what he has achieved. But I always give this crown to myself, because it is my legacy, and I am fighting for it," Williams said on the Cousins podcast.
