Dennis Schröder says the United States will not be where he settles once his NBA career ends.
The Charlotte Hornets point guard has played 13 NBA seasons across 12 clubs. He plans to base himself in his home town of Braunschweig and one other location he has not yet named.
Schröder said he would return to the US only if his seven-year-old son later attends an American university or reaches the NBA.
