Norris Cole has joined the coaching staff at the Sioux Falls Skyforce, the Miami Heat's G League affiliate, working as an assistant coach for the 2026/27 season. The move was reported by Anthony Chiang of the Miami Herald.
Cole was picked 28th overall in the 2011 NBA draft and spent the first three and a half seasons of his career with Miami. He was a regular part of the rotation and won championships with the Heat in 2012 and 2013.
