The parent club itself started out in 1980 as Medik, then went through the names Victoria, Shelen and Krasnoyarochka before the whole structure was folded into Enisey in 2012. The reserve side was already turning out in youth competitions by the 2011/12 season and worked its way up to the Higher League by 2019.
Home games go on at Arena Sever, which holds around 2,600 for basketball, and the team wears the same white and blue as the senior squad.
The Higher League itself has already been won once, in the 2022/23 season.
