«Ljubljančani»
KK Ljubljana is a club in Ljubljana. Its own home is a school gymnasium, the Telovadnica OŠ Vižmarje-Brod, where 600 people is a full house. The senior side competes in the 2. That absence is not really the point of the club, though. What KK Ljubljana has built instead is a run of youth teams stretching from Under-11 to Under-20, the kind of structure that produces a 20th-place finish in the Pokal mladih KZS, as it did in the 2020/21 season, rather than a senior title.
No colours or nickname have ever been formally registered for the club, though locals sometimes just call the players Ljubljančani — people of Ljubljana — which fits an outfit that has stayed close to home in every sense.
