SanVee sit in the B2 League this season.

The club took shape in Nagano Prefecture in 2011, without a natural rival to sharpen its calendar against — no other professional basketball team plays in the prefecture. What it built instead was a run to the top of the second tier: the 2018-19 B2 League Championship, won by beating Gunma Crane Thunders in the final, sent the team up to the top flight for 2019-20. That promotion came with the Central Division title, retained the following season, though the club has since returned to B2.

Anthony McHenry has been on the roster since 2017, long enough to have played through the promotion, the division titles, and the rebranding.

Home games are played in front of 3,000 at Kotobuki Arena Chikuma.
