About the player
He arrived in Osijek initially attached to the U19 squad, but the club moved quickly to tie him to a long-term professional deal running until 2029.
Ljatiqi is a product of Skopje football, having started out at New Stars Jugend before joining the academy at FK Makedonija Gjorce Petrov. He was a regular fixture in the Macedonian First Football League at Besa Dobri Dol in 2024/2025, making 24 appearances and contributing a goal and an assist from the wing.
Alongside his club football, Ljatiqi has steadily climbed the North Macedonia youth pyramid, representing the country at U16, U17, U18, U19 and U21 level. Club officials in Osijek have pointed to his speed and technique as the qualities that persuaded them to secure his signature.
