Alberto del Moral

The move that took Alberto del Moral to Croatia cost HNK Hajduk Split nothing. On 27 June 2026 he terminated his contract with Real Oviedo and signed with Hajduk as a free agent, on a deal running to the summer of 2028. It was the second time in two years he had changed clubs without a fee: he arrived at Oviedo in July 2024 on the same terms, signing a three-year contract.

He grew up in Villacañas, in the province of Toledo, and joined the Córdoba academy in 2017 from his hometown club, CD Villacañas. The step up came in stages. He spent 2019 to 2021 with the reserve side, Córdoba CF B, and in the 2020/21 season made his debut for the first team in Segunda B.

That season earned him a move into the Villarreal set-up in the summer of 2021. Most of his football there was with Villarreal CF B, where he played until 2024, though between 2022 and 2024 he was also involved in La Liga matches with the senior side. Three years in a club structure of that size did not turn into a settled first-team place, and he left at the end of it.

Oviedo did not prove a fixed address either. In January 2025 he went out on loan to Córdoba, the club where he had started, for six months; the arrangement was later extended to August 2025. Eighteen months after signing his three-year deal in Asturias, he ended it.

He has not been capped by Spain at any level, senior or age-group.
