Ángel Mario Stringa

Ángel Mario Stringa's path to the Primera División has run almost entirely through Argentina's lower divisions. Born in Villa Madero, the forward began his senior career at Colegiales in 2018 before a free transfer to Dock Sud that same year. From there his career became a tour of the country's second and third tiers: Ituzaingó from 2019, Deportivo Armenio in 2021, then Almirante Brown, where he spent two seasons in the Primera Nacional.

His move to Argentino de Quilmes proved the most significant stop on that road. Stringa stayed with the club through December 2024, helping it earn promotion to the Primera Nacional, moving on to Arsenal Sarandí the following January. He spent 2025 with Arsenal in the Primera Nacional before signing for Deportivo Riestra on a free transfer in July 2025.

The move brought him to the top flight for the first time, though not to a trophy already in the cabinet: Riestra's Torneo Reducido title in the Primera Nacional was won in December 2023, while Stringa was still with Argentino de Quilmes. He arrives at Riestra uncapped at senior international level, his career built instead on steady movement between clubs.
