Daniil Kornyushin

Daniil Kornyushin came through the Krasnodar academy and made his first-team debut in the Russian Premier League on 15 August 2021, becoming the club's 25th academy graduate to play for the senior side. Before that breakthrough he had worked his way up through Krasnodar's reserve sides and spent a loan spell at Volgar Astrakhan. His time with Krasnodar's first team was brief — three league appearances — but it produced a moment fans still credit him for: his goal was voted the club's "Best Goal of the Academy" for November–December 2021.

After leaving Krasnodar, Kornyushin's career took him through a run of clubs across Russian football. A three-year contract at Pari Nizhny Novgorod ended by mutual consent after just over a year, and he moved on to SKA-Khabarovsk, then Ufa, adding goals as well as defensive work at both stops. It was at Shinnik Yaroslavl, however, that he had his most productive spell in front of goal, finishing as the team's top scorer with six goals in 32 appearances across all competitions.

In July 2026 he joined Torpedo Moscow on a free transfer. He has settled quickly into the side, contributing two assists in his opening appearances of the season. Internationally, Kornyushin has represented Russia at Under-21 level, earning a cap during UEFA U-21 Championship qualifying in 2021.
