Gastón Alberto Arturia

His path had started at Ferro de General Pico, where he made his professional debut in 2021 in the Torneo Federal A, playing 23 matches before Estudiantes signed him on a free transfer that December. The move to Unión de Santa Fe in January 2025 came on a three-year contract, also on a free, but it did not translate into first-team football: he made no official appearances for the club that year.

Instead, Unión sent him out on loan to Ecuador, where he spent the second half of 2025 with Orense S.C. Orense held an option to buy him but did not exercise it, and when he returned to Unión de Santa Fe at the end of the year, he was left out of the club's 2026 plans.

Arturia has not played for the Argentina national side at any level, nor has he won a title in his career to date. What has followed him across his stops is defensive versatility: he is comfortable as a central defender in both a back four and a back three, and has occasionally been used as a libero.
