Ismael Casas

At Málaga CF, Ismael Casas became the youngest captain in the club's history, making 46 appearances in all competitions across three seasons. He had come up through the club's youth setup, joining in 2013, and made his senior bow with Atlético Malagueño in Segunda División B during the 2018–19 campaign. Promotion to the first team followed in 2019, and he was handed his Segunda División debut on 17 August 2019 against Racing de Santander.

That same year brought a run of success with Spain's youth sides. Casas won the COTIF Tournament with the Sub-20 team in August 2019, beating Russia 4–0 in the final, having already taken the Slovakia Cup with the same age group in May and the Atlantic Cup with the Sub-18s in February. He has represented Spain at U-18, U-19 and U-20 level; no senior cap has followed.

The Málaga chapter ended in June 2022, when Casas rescinded his contract and moved to Cyprus with AEK Larnaca on a free transfer. He played 40 matches there over two seasons and scored once. In July 2024 he returned to Spain with CF Fuenlabrada in the Primera División RFEF, again for nothing, making 30 appearances and scoring one goal.

Serbia came next. Casas signed for FK IMT Novi Beograd in September 2025, once more on a free transfer, with a contract running to 30 June 2027. Every professional move of his career to date has been made without a fee changing hands. He wears the number 45 shirt in the Serbian Superliga.
