Jovany Ikanga A Ngele

Jovany Ikanga A Ngele is entirely a product of Red Star FC 93 — he stayed through to his senior debut, which came against US Boulogne in the National league in August 2021. He turned professional the following year, signing his first contract in August 2022, and has since built a substantial body of work for the club: 89 appearances and 19 goals to date.

The clearest evidence of his development came away from Red Star, on loan at Dijon FCO for the 2024–2025 season. Sent out in September 2024 for the remainder of the campaign, Ikanga became a regular contributor in Championnat National, scoring seven league goals from 29 appearances and adding two more in the Coupe de France, where he played twice.

Born in Saint-Denis, Ikanga holds dual French and Congolese nationality but has not featured for either senior national team, nor is there any record of youth international involvement with France or the Democratic Republic of the Congo.
