About the player
Jules Meyer scored twice against Laval in the Round of 32 of the Coupe de France, one of five goals he scored in the competition for Le Puy Foot 43 Auvergne.
Le Puy is where his career began. He came through the youth system and played for the U19 side until 2019. That year he moved to Clermont Foot 63 B, where he made 15 appearances and scored once, before going back to Le Puy in 2021.
The second spell was the longer and more productive one. From 2021 to 2024 Meyer played 56 league matches for the club. In 2022 he was part of the side that went up from National 2 to National 1. In the 2023–24 season Le Puy finished second in National 2, and he was again in the team.
In 2024 he joined Dijon FCO, his first move away from the Le Puy area. He made 24 league appearances there and scored one goal.
Ahead of the 2026–27 season Meyer joined CSKA 1948 on a free transfer, ending his time in French football.
