Kieran Offord

Kieran Offord arrived at Linfield in January 2025. Born in Airdrie, he joined the St Mirren youth academy and signed his first professional contract in 2021. He made only 11 appearances for the senior side without finding the net.

His career trajectory shifted through a series of loans designed to build confidence and consistency. He began with East Stirlingshire, where he recorded 12 goals in 18 matches. This form carried him through spells at Alloa Athletic, Edinburgh City, and Stirling Albion. While his goal tally varied between these clubs, the experience provided the necessary minutes to develop as a striker. There, he secured 10 goals in 21 appearances, including a hat-trick against Dungannon Swifts in the BetMcLean League Cup.

The transfer to Linfield marked a significant step up in competition. St Mirren manager Stephen Robinson confirmed the deal included sell-on protection. He contributed to Linfield winning the 2024-25 NIFL Premiership title. Since joining, he has scored six goals in 25 appearances. One moment stands out: he scored the winner against rivals Larne.

His international record shows promise at youth level. He scored twice on his debut for Scotland U16 against the Republic of Ireland in 2019. He added two more goals in six caps for the under-19 side in 2021. He has yet to receive a senior call-up.
