Kaelan Casey

Kaelan Casey's most-cited moment came in a youth final, not a first-team match. In the 2022–23 season he scored a header in West Ham's 5–1 win over Arsenal at the Emirates Stadium, which gave the club the FA Youth Cup. The same season, the under-18s also took the Premier League South title.

Casey had been at West Ham since the age of five, joining the academy in 2009 and staying until he signed his first professional contract in May 2022. The senior debut came within six months. On 3 November 2022 he came off the bench in a Europa Conference League tie against FCSB. His Premier League debut followed on 11 May 2024, away to Luton Town.

Between 2024 and 2025 he won eight caps for England at under-20 level. The first was on 7 June 2024, a 2–1 win over Sweden.

Since then his career has been built on loans. In August 2025 he went to Swansea City for a season, but he played only eight league games there, and the loan was ended early in January 2026 because of limited playing time. He moved straight to Leyton Orient, where he made 16 league appearances up to the end of the 2025–26 season in May.

On Transfer Deadline Day, 1 September 2026, he joined Stevenage on a season-long loan. He remains a West Ham player, and the spell in League One is his third loan in a little over a year.
