L. Vallejo

Luciano Vallejo's route to professional football ran almost entirely through Boca Juniors' academy. Born in Tandil, he began playing for Ferrocarril Sud in his hometown before Boca signed him in 2018, at the age of 14. He spent the following years working through the club's youth ranks, winning the Sexta División title in 2021, and between 2023 and 2024 he featured for Boca's reserve side, making 11 appearances and scoring three goals. He trained with the first team under Jorge Almirón in 2023 and again under Diego Martínez in 2024, but a competitive debut for Boca's senior squad never came.

Vallejo left Boca as a free agent in early 2025 and signed for Atlético Tucumán on 6 January that year, also on a free transfer. His professional debut took a while to arrive: he was handed his first appearance on 10 November 2025, coming on as a substitute in the 85th minute as Tucumán beat Godoy Cruz 2–1 in the Liga Profesional.

Vallejo has made around 18 official appearances for the club, 15 of them in the Liga Profesional and three in the Copa Argentina. A left-footed defender, he has not been called up to any Argentina national team.
