Luis Ignacio Ingolotti

Luis Ignacio Ingolotti did not start out as a goalkeeper. He played as a forward until he was seven or eight, when his height prompted the switch to goal. He came through the youth ranks at Sportivo Pilar before spells at Vélez Sarsfield and Platense, joining Aldosivi's academy in 2015. That same year he was part of the Argentina squad at the 2015 FIFA U-17 World Cup in Chile, and he later received call-ups to the Argentina under-20 side for the South American U-20 Championship and the CONMEBOL Pre-Olympic Tournament. At Aldosivi, Ingolotti spent years as an unused substitute, including during the club's promotion-winning 2017–18 Primera B Nacional campaign, before finally making his senior debut on his 21st birthday, in a 4–4 draw against Defensa y Justicia. His career turned decisively at Central Córdoba de Santiago del Estero, which he joined as a free agent in January 2024. He became the club's undisputed number one and was central to its 2024 Copa Argentina triumph, a 1–0 win over Vélez Sarsfield in the final, a run in which he was named the tournament's best player. A brief stop at Gimnasia y Esgrima La Plata followed in 2025 before he moved to Atlético Tucumán, again as a free agent. At Tucumán he has continued to draw attention: in September 2026, he saved three penalties against Independiente Rivadavia in a Copa Argentina quarter-final shoot-out. Across his time at the club he has kept 11 clean sheets in 25 matches. He has yet to earn a senior international cap for Argentina.
