Leonardo Naldi de Matos

The title that stands out on Léo Naldi's record came at Ponte Preta in 2023, when the club won the São Paulo state Série A2 and the midfielder was named in the competition's team of the tournament. It was the high point of four seasons in Campinas, where he made 132 appearances and scored nine goals after arriving in 2020.

Naldi came through the academy at Taubaté, joining in 2013 and staying until 2020. His senior involvement there amounted to a single match, in 2018, before the move to Ponte Preta gave him a regular place in the side.

Vitória signed him in 2024. The fee was not disclosed; some outlets put it in the region of €557,000 to €600,000. He played 23 matches in his first season at the club without scoring, and since then has spent his time elsewhere. A 2025 loan to Atlético Goianiense brought 11 appearances. He moved on to Criciúma in June that year, made 21 appearances, and left in January 2026 to return to Vitória.

The loan to Novorizontino followed immediately. There, working under head coach Enderson Moreira, Naldi found a way back into a settled first-team role. By May 2026 he had made 18 appearances for the year, 17 of them as a starter, with two goals and one assist. His statistics carry no international caps at any level.
