Milton Aaron Céliz

Milton Aaron Céliz came through the youth ranks at Arsenal de Sarandí, where he made his senior debut in September 2012. That same year he was part of the squad that won the Supercopa Argentina against Boca Juniors, though he was named only as a substitute and did not play in the final. It remains his only major trophy.

After loan spells at Gimnasia y Esgrima (Jujuy) in 2014 and 2015, he signed permanently in 2016, before a spell in Peru with Juan Aurich in 2017. He then returned to Argentina, playing for Independiente Rivadavia and All Boys, with a loan to Chile's San Luis de Quillota worked in along the way. At Tigre in 2021 he won the Primera Nacional title and promotion to the Primera División.

His move to Deportivo Riestra, initially on loan in late 2022 and made permanent the following year, proved the most significant of his career. He helped the club win promotion to the Primera División in 2023 and was made captain, a role he held into 2026.

In January 2026, Céliz left Argentina for Ecuador, joining Barcelona SC on a one-year loan with an option to buy his full sporting rights. The arrangement was short-lived: in June 2026 the two parties agreed to terminate the contract, and Céliz returned to Deportivo Riestra.
