Milan Joksimović

The one medal in Milan Joksimović's career that came early arrived in the 2009/10 season, when he was part of the Indjija side that won the First League of Serbia. He had joined the club the previous year, after his first professional season at Sloboda Užice — the club of the city where he grew up.

What followed was a decade of movement. Spartak Subotica took him in 2011, and from there he settled into a pattern that would define the rest of his career in Serbia: two separate spells at Jedinstvo Putevi, split by a season at Metalac Gornji Milanovac. Almost none of these moves involved a fee. He went where the contracts were, and left when they ended.

The more unusual stretch came abroad. In 2017 he signed for Gorodeya in Belarus, then spent part of 2018 in Iceland with KA Akureyri before returning to Gorodeya for another season. In 2020 he moved again, to Liepāja in Latvia, and won the Latvian Cup in his first year there.

He came home in 2021 to Novi Pazar, where he stayed two seasons. He joined Mladost Lučani in 2023.

At international level there is little to record. Joksimović has never been capped by the senior Serbia side; a single appearance for the under-19s, in a friendly, is the whole of it. He is left-footed.
