Milan Mitrović

Milan Mitrović's career has been a tour of leagues rather than a single defining stage. The left-footed centre-back, born in Prokuplje, began at Zemun, where a loan spell in 2006 gave him his first senior minutes before he settled into the first team through to 2010. A move to Rad followed, and three seasons there — 61 appearances, two goals — were enough to earn him a switch abroad.

In January 2013 he signed a three-and-a-half-year contract with the Turkish side Mersin İdmanyurdu, where he spent four years and made 130 appearances. He returned to Serbia in 2017 to join Partizan, where his 17 appearances included a Serbian Cup win. From there his path went abroad again: a free transfer to Adana Demirspor in 2018, then to Levadia Tallinn in 2021, where he made 44 appearances.

In January 2023 he joined Radnički Kragujevac on a free transfer, and stayed with the club for three and a half years, making 80 appearances and scoring once before his departure in the summer of 2026.

His international record is disputed. Some databases credit him with a single cap for Serbia, in a friendly against Paraguay in November 2012, but the major reference sites — including English and Serbian Wikipedia, Transfermarkt and Sofascore — list no senior caps for him at all, and often take care to distinguish him from the better-known striker Aleksandar Mitrović.
