Martin Novaković

Martin Novaković came through the youth ranks at Partizan, where he played for the under-17 side until June 2018 and the under-19s until January 2019, then crossed Belgrade to join the Red Star youth setup in the same month. His senior football began not at Red Star but out on loan.

The first of those spells, at Rad in 2020–21, gave him a full season in the Serbian SuperLiga: 26 appearances and four goals from central midfield. A second loan followed in 2021 at IMT, in the Serbian First League, where he scored three times in 14 matches. In February 2022 he left Red Star for Voždovac on a free transfer, and the return there was thinner — one goal in 21 SuperLiga appearances.

The move that gave him a settled role came in February 2023, when he joined Mačva Šabac, again on a free transfer. He stayed two and a half years and became a fixture in the side, playing in both the SuperLiga and the First League and scoring 12 goals in more than 80 matches. In July 2025 he moved to Radnik Surdulica, once more without a fee, and has scored seven goals in over 25 appearances.

His international football has been at youth level. Between 2017 and 2018 he won five caps for Serbia's under-17 side and scored three goals; in 2019 he made three appearances for the under-19s, and was part of the under-19 squad that won the championship. He has not been capped by the senior national team.
