About the player
Miguel Ángel Sierra made his first appearance for Sevilla FC's first team on 30 November 2025, coming on as a substitute in a 2-0 defeat to Real Betis. He has since scored his first professional goal, against Atlético de Madrid.
Sierra came through amateur football in Granada before turning professional in 2023 with FC Cubillas de Albolote, where he made two appearances. He then moved to Real Avilés Industrial for the 2023-24 season, playing 24 matches.
He signed a two-year contract with Sevilla in August 2024 and was assigned to the reserve side, Sevilla Atlético, where he built a substantial run of 53 appearances and two goals before his promotion to the first team.
