About the player
Pedro Rocha played for Remo, finishing as the division's top scorer with 19 goals, 15 of them in the league, and helped the club win promotion. That season became the reason Coritiba moved for him — he arrived in December 2025 as the club's first signing for their 2026 campaign, brought in to lead the line after their return to Série A.
By August 2026 Rocha was Coritiba's top scorer with nine goals in all competitions, six of them in the league.
He came through Atlético Mineiro's youth ranks before brief spells at São Paulo and José Bonifácio, then made his senior debut at Diadema after a loan at Juventus-SP. Grêmio picked him up in 2014, and three years later his form there earned him a move to Spartak Moscow for around €12 million — a club-record fee for Grêmio at the time. He spent five years in Russia, including loan spells back in Brazil at Cruzeiro, Flamengo and Athletico Paranaense, before he returned for good via Fortaleza and a short stint at Criciúma. The Remo season, and now Coritiba, mark the clearest form of his career since leaving Grêmio.
