Roman Minaev

Roman Minaev won the FNL Cup in 2019 with Avangard Kursk, the club from his home city. He came through Avangard's youth system and made his senior debut for them in the Russian First League. He stayed from 2015 until February 2020.

He then left for Arsenal Tula on a free transfer. There he played in both the Russian Premier League and the FNL. In early 2021 he moved to Tambov and played for the club until it was dissolved. That summer he joined Rotor Volgograd, and he stayed until July 2022.

The next two seasons were at Ufa, in the FNL, from July 2022 to June 2024. He went back to Arsenal Tula on a free transfer, but the second spell lasted only until August 2024. He spent the following season at Volga Ulyanovsk, then moved to Salyut Belgorod in September 2025 and stayed until February 2026.

On 6 February 2026 Minaev signed for FC Vitebsk as a free agent, on a contract running to 31 December 2026. It was his first move outside Russia. He has played 24 games for the club and scored four goals. All four came in 22 Vysshaya Liga appearances. He did not score in his two Belarusian Cup matches.

He is right-footed and plays up front.
