About the player
Vladlen Anikeev came up through the FC Vitebsk academy and played his first senior football for the club's reserve side, Vitebsk 2, in 2020. His first-team chances arrived early: a debut in the Belarusian Cup in June 2021, then a Vysshaya Liga debut in July 2022.
The following year the club was relegated, and Anikeev spent 2023 with Vitebsk in the Pershaya Liga.
The loan to Baranovichi was the defining stretch of his career so far. He moved in July 2024, also in the First League, and stayed until December 2025. Baranovichi won the First League title in that time. He returned to Vitebsk in 2026.
Before that he had been through Belarus's youth national sides. He won three caps for the under-16s, debuting in January 2020, and two for the under-19s, the first of them in June 2022. He has not yet played for the senior national team.
Anikeev is a right-footed centre-forward, with Baranovichi the one place he has played away from Vitebsk.
