Saša Marković

Saša Marković came back in August 2023 to the club that raised him. OFK Beograd had taken him through its youth system and given him 49 league matches and four goals between 2009 and 2011; by the time he returned, the club was playing in the Prva Liga. It was back in the SuperLiga for 2024/25. In this second spell Marković has made around 60 appearances and scored 11 goals, by figures current in June 2026.

The first departure took him to Partizan in 2011. He was named the best young player in the Serbian SuperLiga that year, and across four seasons he won the championship three times — 2011/12, 2012/13 and 2014/15 — in 53 matches with six goals.

Cyprus turned into the longest stay of his career. Four seasons at Apollon Limassol from the summer of 2018 brought 72 matches and eight goals. Olympiakos Nicosia, which he joined in January 2022, gave him seven matches in one season before he went home to Belgrade.

Serbia used him through the age groups. He played five matches and scored once for the under-19s in 2009 and 2010, then 16 matches and four goals for the under-21s between 2010 and 2012. But a senior call-up never came.
