About the player
Senne Vits was named the best goalkeeper in Ettan Norra in 2023 by the Ettan Fotboll jury. He had joined Dalkurd FF that February and played 29 league games in the division.
He came through the academy at OH Leuven and was promoted to the senior squad in 2013, without a league appearance. Standard Liège followed in 2015, again with no league games, and a loan to MVV Maastricht in early 2017 produced no competitive appearances either. His first league minutes came at Lierse SK, where he played four games. At Helmond Sport he did not feature in the league. Regular football arrived only later, with 17 appearances for FC Victoria Rosport in Luxembourg and 12 for K. Rupel Boom FC in 2022.
Vits also went through Belgium's youth teams, from U16 to U21. He won two caps for the U19 side in 2015.
After Dalkurd he spent a season at Vasalunds IF, playing 29 games in Division 1 Norra, and joined Strømmen IF on a free transfer in March 2025. He played 26 league games in Norway's 2. divisjon, kept 10 clean sheets, and Strømmen won their group and were promoted to the 1. divisjon.
FF Jaro signed him in January 2026 on a one-year contract. In the Veikkausliiga he has played 25 league games, 27 in all competitions, and has kept three clean sheets.
