Beith

The Scottish Junior Cup came to Bellsdale Park once, in 2015–16. The league form has run alongside it: the Premier Division of the West of Scotland Football League has been won four times, in 2009–10, 2017–18, 2022–23 and 2023–24, and the club went into the following season as champions before finishing 11th.

The current club dates to 1938, formed after the original Beith Football Club, itself a founder member of the Ayrshire Football Association back in 1877, folded that year.

Black-and-white stripes have stayed the home colours, and the ground still draws its old nickname, The Cabes, from the town's cabinet-making trade rather than from anything on the pitch.

Among those who have worn the shirt, Stephen Grindlay stands out for arriving with a Newcastle United youth pedigree before settling into goal at a club several tiers below where he started.
