Ezulwini United

Ezulwini United carries no fixed enemy across town: Mbabane's real grudge match belongs to Mbabane Swallows and Mbabane Highlanders, and the Stingers stand outside it. That absence says something about how the club got here at all.

Before 2022 it was Tinyosi FC. The rebrand that year was really a transaction: buying the Premier League licence off Tambuti FC, which put Ezulwini United straight into the Swazi Premier League for the 2023–2024 season.

Since then the league table and the Ingwenyama Cup have both gone without them. The squad built around that debut season has its own reference points rather than trophies — Mphucuko Dlamini , known to the dressing room as Smoothies, captains the side, and forward Bhekani Mthembu has been one of the names attached to the attack. Thubelihle Mavuso passed through earlier before moving on to Nsingizini Hotspurs and, eventually, the national team.
