FC Chambly Oise

In the spring of 2019, FC Chambly Oise found itself with a promotion to Ligue 2 and nowhere proper to play it: Stade des Marais did not meet professional standards, so for three seasons the club borrowed Stade Pierre Brisson in Beauvais, the ground of its fiercest rival, to host its own home games.

The club exists at all because Walter Luzi and his sons Fulvio and Bruno, once players at US Chantilly, chose not to join the town's existing Club Olympique de Chambly and built something separate from scratch in 1989, starting out in the fifth tier of Oise district football. They painted it in black and blue vertical stripes because the Luzis followed Inter Milan, and the press took to calling the team Les Nerazzurri de l'Oise. The name itself shifted twice more, taking in smaller clubs from the Pays de Thelle before settling as Chambly Oise in 2016.

Three promotions in three consecutive spells carried the club from that fifth-tier start up to the National, and in 2018–19 it finished as runner-up there, going up to Ligue 2 for the first time. The same season it had already gone deep in the Coupe de France, reaching the semi-finals before Les Herbiers ended the run. Marvin Martin played through that Ligue 2 campaign, while further back Joris Correa had been the division's top scorer.

Stade Walter-Luzi, named for the founder after his death in 2018, finally opened in March 2023 and gave the club a home of its own again: capacity 4,550.
