İnegöl sits in Bursa Province, and İnegöl Kafkas Gençlik has occupied that space since 1980, playing green and white, known locally as the Yeşil-Beyazlılar, at the İnegöl İlçe Stadyumu, a ground that holds just under 5,000.

The club's one real breakthrough came in the 2021–2022 season, when it won the 6th Region 1st Group of the Regional Amateur League and earned promotion into the TFF 3. Lig, professional football's third tier, for the first time. A second season in the third tier ended differently: relegation back down to the Regional Amateur League for 2025–2026.

No individual name from İnegöl Kafkas has travelled beyond Bursa Province, and that is itself part of the club's story.
