The 2023–24 season showed why the harsher name still fits. ISCA beat Yamoussoukro FC 2–0 on 14 June 2024 to win Ligue 2 and earn promotion, only for the Ivorian Football Federation to strip the title over disciplinary breaches and order the match replayed. The club took the case to the Court of Arbitration for Sport, which on 12 September 2024 threw out the replay order and reinstated the original scoreline, confirming ISCA as champions and sending them up to Ligue 1.

Home games are played at the Stade Robert Champroux in Treichville, which the club shares its city with Stade d'Abidjan, and the meetings between the two are the closest thing Abidjan football has to a local grudge match. The ground has gone by other names over the years, including the Stade Municipal d'Abidjan, and its own capacity is disputed depending on who is counting.
