Legia Warszawa II

The most recent title came in the 2024–25 season, when Legia II won the III Liga Group I and earned promotion to the II Liga for 2025–26. It came at a time when the reserve side had been rebuilt from nothing: the team was dissolved between 2007 and 2013 after the Młoda Ekstraklasa was abolished, and was reactivated in 2013.

That was not the first time Legia's second side had been closed down and brought back. It first existed in the late 1920s, resumed after the Second World War and was reorganised in 1948. A few years after that, in the 1951–52 Polish Cup, it went further than reserve sides normally do. Legia's first team went out of the competition, and the second team carried on. It was reinforced by first-team players, among them Roman Korynt and Józef Wieczorek. It reached the final and lost 0–1 to Kolejarz Warszawa, the name Polonia Warsaw then used, on 21 December 1952.

The other trophies are regional. The Masovia Regional Cup has been won five times, most recently in 2024–25, the same season as the league title. The Warsaw Regional Cup was won in 1986–87, 1993–94 and 1997–98. The III Liga (Masovia Group) was won in 2004.

The team's function is to prepare players for the first team, and several have passed through it. Robert Lewandowski played for the reserves in 2005–06. Sebastian Szymański followed between 2015 and 2017, and Michał Karbownik and Jakub Moder also came through. Matches against Polonia Warsaw and Ursus Warsaw are the local derbies.

Home games are played on Pitch 8 at the Legia Training Center in Książenice, on the outskirts of Warsaw. It holds about 1,000 spectators, and the team wears the senior side's white and black. Now in the II Liga, the second side faces the task of staying in the division and continuing to supply the first team.
