Os Marialvas

Os Marialvas go into the season in the Campeonato de Portugal Group C. The promotion followed a 2023–24 campaign in which they won the AF Coimbra Divisão Elite, beating União Desportiva da Tocha 2-0 on 6 May 2024, and then closed the season by beating the same opponent again to lift the Supertaça AF Coimbra on 25 May. Neither title had come the club's way before in that format.

The line back to 1931 is not straight. A Marialvas Futebol Clube existed from 1923, and two years later it merged with the local rival, Sport Clube Cantanhedense, to form Marialvas Sport Clube. The current club was re-established out of that lineage and formally registered with the Civil Government in 1932. Whatever came before it, the identity that stuck was black: the nickname Os Zebras suggests stripes, but the kit itself has always been black shirt, black shorts, black socks.

There were decades in the old Segunda and Terceira Divisão through the 1950s to the 1980s. Between 1999 and 2001, the shirt was worn by Eduard Abazi, an Albanian international.

Cantanhede itself holds 3,000 at the Estádio Municipal.
