PAOK B

PAOK B are into their fifth season in the North Group of Super League 2, still tied to the rules that come with being a reserve side: no route up to Super League 1, no place in the Greek Cup, but a spot in the promotion play-offs if results allow and the same drop into relegation trouble as anyone else. The team has hovered just below the top of the group each year since, finishing fifth in both 2022–23 and 2023–24 before slipping to seventh in 2024–25.

The Hellenic Football Federation and Super League Greece brought reserve teams into the professional pyramid in 2021, and PAOK set theirs up that July as a formal step between the academy and the first team, rather than as a club with its own identity. It wears the parent side's black and white — mourning for the fall of Constantinople paired with hope for renewal — and plays under the same crest, without a badge or nickname of its own beyond the odd nod to "PAOK Vita". After four seasons at Makedonikos Stadium in Nea Efkarpia, the team moved this summer to the Apollon Kalamaria Stadium, which holds 6,500.

Derbies against Olympiacos B and Aris B carry over from the first teams, though the reserve fixtures have built little history of their own; PAOK B did open its existence by beating Olympiacos B 1-0 in August 2021.

The name that travelled furthest from this dressing room belongs to Konstantinos Koulierakis, who worked his way into PAOK's first team and the Greek national side before Wolfsburg signed him in 2024.
