Sefwi All Stars gave the town a project from 2012.

In 2017 the club topped Zone Two of the Ghana Division One League.

Asafo Ramos Park has not always been a straightforward home. At one point the Club Licensing Board withdrew the venue's certification over compliance standards, a reminder that survival in Ghanaian football is as much about paperwork as about points. The club continued playing in yellow and black stripes regardless, colours that have marked out the side on grounds far bigger than their own.

More recently the cup competitions have given Sefwi All Stars a stage: in 2024 they reached the quarter-finals of the Ghana FA Cup, pushing past sides with longer resumes before their run ended. It is the kind of result that does not rewrite a small club's story but adds to it.

One league title in a history that runs back to 2012.
