SSV Jeddeloh

The "II" in the club's full name, Spiel- und Sportverein Jeddeloh II, has nothing to do with a reserve side. It marks the hamlet of Jeddeloh II, set apart from neighbouring Jeddeloh I, and the first team has simply gone by SSV Jeddeloh ever since it was formed on 15 June 1951. It changed once the local businessman Rolf Bley put money behind the club through the 2000s, and the rise through the amateur leagues ended with the Oberliga Niedersachsen title in 2016–17 and promotion into the Regionalliga Nord.

A first Niedersachsenpokal final followed in 2018, lost 1–5 to SV Drochtersen/Assel. The club went back and won it in 2025–26, a result that sent Jeddeloh into the DFB-Pokal for the first time. On 23 August 2026, at the HASKAMP-Arena, a ground that holds 2,000 people, SSV Jeddeloh beat 2. Bundesliga side 1. FC Heidenheim 5–2 in the first round.

Kristian Arambasic took over as head coach for 2026–27 after Björn Lindemann, who had led the cup run, left for BSV Kickers Emden. Among the players who have worn the blue and white, Anton Stach spent the 2017–18 season at the club before a path that carried him through Mainz, Hoffenheim and Leeds United and into the German national team.
