TelOne

The one trophy TelOne can point to came in 2022, when the club beat Chapungu FC 2-1 in the final of the Central Region Cup, the Iyawozve Champions Cup. It remains the only honour on the WiFi Boys' record.

That has been the harder fight. Founded in 2016 by workers at the state telecoms company TelOne, the club reached the Premier Soccer League for the first time in 2019, only to be relegated in that same debut season. It took until 2023, after winning the Central Region Division One, to earn a second promotion, and the team returned to the top flight in 2024. Between those two spells, finishing 2019 as the league's top scorer and its Player of the Year before moving on to Dynamos and then CAPS United.

Ascot Stadium in Gweru, now the club's home, only became so partway through 2024; TelOne played the first half of that season at Bata Stadium before the move followed the ground's renovation.

The 2025/2026 season brought another reminder of how thin the margin has been since that second promotion: TelOne finished bottom of the table and stayed up only narrowly.
