Tus Dassendorf

Wendelweg is where TuS Dassendorf play, a sports ground in a Schleswig-Holstein village. Their supporters put "ewig blau-weiß" on the club's colours.

Dassendorf reached the Oberliga Hamburg, the fifth tier, after winning the Landesliga Hamburg-Hansa in 1997 and the Verbandsliga Hamburg in 1999. From 2014 they won the Oberliga in each of their first five seasons in it. Promotion to the Regionalliga Nord was available, and they turned it down more than once. Two further titles followed, in 2020 and 2022.

The cup gave them a different sort of day. Winning the Hamburger Pokal in 2000 sent them into the first round of the DFB-Pokal, where SpVgg Unterhaching beat them 5–0. They won the Hamburg cup again in 2018 and 2019, and each win carried the same entry to the national competition.

In October 2020 the Austrian international striker Martin Harnik signed, at the end of his professional career. He had come through the youth system of SC Vier- und Marschlande, the same feeder club as the current coach, Jean-Pierre Richter, and the former player Max Kruse.

The club was founded in June 1948 in the neighbouring village of Brunstorf as TuS Brunstorf-Dassendorf. It moved to Dassendorf in 1958 and took the name it still carries.
