Ząbkovia Ząbki

Ząbkovia Ząbki spent the past decade climbing back from the fourth tier, the level it was forced down to after the club's finances collapsed in the winter of the 2015/2016 season, when the failure of the Wołomin Cooperative Bank wiped out the funds held by its sponsor, Dolcan, and the company withdrew its backing mid-campaign. Before that collapse the club had reached I Liga, the second tier of Polish football, and finished third there in 2013–14 under coach Dariusz Dźwigała.

The town of Ząbki sits close enough to Marki that matches against Marcovia Marki are billed as the Derby of Mazovia.

Nobody wrote down the exact day the club came together in 1927 — the earliest paper that survives is the protocol of a meeting held that autumn. War stopped it, and it started again in 1945, then changed its name three more times, from Związkowiec to Budowlani to Beton-Stal.
