The Bhutan Women's T20I Tri-Series, officially branded as the Lotus Cup, is an international cricket tournament organized by the Bhutan Cricket Council Board (BCCB) with support from the International Cricket Council (ICC). Founded in 2026, the inaugural edition was held from January 20 to January 29 at the Gelephu International Cricket Ground in Gelephu, Bhutan. This event marks the first time Bhutan hosted a women's T20I tri-series, following a bilateral series against Myanmar in December 2024. The tournament features national teams rather than domestic clubs, distinguishing it from the BCCB Super League, which is Bhutan's largest domestic club competition. The 2026 edition involved three teams: Bhutan Women, Hong Kong Women, and Malaysia Women. The format consisted of a round-robin group stage where each team played the others twice, followed by a single-leg semi-final and final. Hong Kong Women won the tournament, defeating Bhutan Women by 97 runs in the final. Natasha Miles of Hong Kong was named Player of the Series. The matches carry official T20I status, contributing to ICC rankings, but the tournament is invitational and does not feature promotion or relegation. It serves primarily as a development platform for associate members to prepare for larger regional events like the ACC Women's Premier Cup.
