Canada T20 Tri-Series 2024/25

Canada T20 Tri-Series is a men's cricket tournament held in Canada. Officially branded as the No Frills T20 Cup, the event was organized by Cricket Canada and sponsored by the Canadian supermarket chain No Frills. It was first held in September 2024, marking the inaugural edition of this specific tri-series configuration in the T20I format. The event was hosted by Canada alongside Nepal and Oman.

The tournament format was a double round-robin league with no knockout stage. Each of the three teams played four matches, totaling six games. All contests took place at the Maple Leaf North-West Ground in King City, Ontario. The matches were classified as bilateral T20 Internationals played for ranking points and preparation purposes. This structure distinguished it from the concurrent ODI tri-series held in the same window, which was part of the official ICC Cricket World Cup League 2.

Canada won the series, finishing top of the points table with three wins and one loss. Nepal finished second with two wins and two losses, while Oman finished third with one win and three losses. Aqib Ilyas from Oman was the leading run-scorer with 112 runs. Sandeep Lamichhane, Saad Bin Zafar, and Akhil Kumar tied for the most wickets with five each. There is no evidence of previous editions of this specific tri-series prior to 2024, and it does not appear to be a recurring annual event.
