The Central American Cricket Championship is a regional Twenty20 tournament for national teams. The event operates outside a standard domestic pyramid. It functions as an invitational knockout competition for Central American nations. Panama secured the championship in 2009 and 2015. In 2026, Brazil became the first South American team to win the title. They defeated Mexico in the final. The current season features Brazil, Costa Rica, and Mexico. The tournament serves as a developmental platform for associate members in the region. It remains distinct from franchise-based leagues and the broader continental competition. The host nation organises the event with support from the ICC.
